How ordering, delivery, returns and payment work at Aksharvishwa Pustakalay.

How to order
- Add the books or sets you like to the cart.
- Press "Order on WhatsApp" in the cart; your order message is drafted for you.
- Fill in your name, address and pincode and send it. Dadasaheb Jagadale confirms the order, the total and the delivery charge on WhatsApp.
- Please do not pay anything until the order is confirmed.
Shipping & delivery
- Books go by post or courier. The charge depends on distance and weight and is confirmed when the order is confirmed.
- Orders above a set amount may get free delivery; the amount is shown in the cart.
- Delivery time depends on your location; tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.
- Readers in Ichalkaranji can also pick up from the shop.
Returns & damaged copies
- If a book arrives torn, misprinted or wrong, tell us on WhatsApp with a photo within 7 days of dispatch.
- We will then replace the book or refund the amount.
- Books that have been read, and discounted books, are not taken back only because you did not like them.
Payment
- Once the order is confirmed you can pay by UPI; the UPI details are shared on WhatsApp.
- For pickup at the shop in Ichalkaranji, cash or UPI works.
- This website does not take online payments and never asks for card or bank details.
Privacy
- Your cart is stored only in your own browser; it is not sent to any server of ours.
- Your name, address and phone number reach us only if you send them on WhatsApp, and are used only to fulfil the order.
- We do not sell or share your details.
Schools, libraries & bulk orders
- Special rates are available for schools, colleges, libraries and anyone buying in quantity.
- Send the list of titles and quantities on WhatsApp and Dadasaheb will send you a quote.
